Foam Kiss is a Canadian-based, mother-owned brand offering handcrafted soaps, body care, and skincare products made in small batches with natural ingredients. All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian to use this site and purchase products.

3. Product Information

All products are handmade in small batches. Variations in shape, color, and scent may occur and are natural in artisanal skincare. 5. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through approved methods available at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Canada and the United States via Canada Post and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

  • Delivery Times: Vary by destination and shipping method.

  • Customs & Duties (U.S.): U.S. customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure shipping information is accurate. Foam Kiss is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our skincare products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer store credit or a replacement at our discretion.

8. Loyalty & Rewards Program

Customers may collect and redeem points through our loyalty program. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program at any time without notice.
